In this course you will learn how not to become a victim, the do’s and don’ts of communication, maintaining control and utilize helpful proactive tips to avoiding dangerous and potentially dangerous situations, how to create distance and stay safe when faced with physical aggression.
You will learn simple but effective techniques such as blocks, checks, escapes, pressure points, and more.
This is a 3 hour seminar
A minimum of 6 registered attendees are required for this course to run.
